The Chilton County Sheriff's Office has arrested twenty-four-year-old Jacob Rondan of Calera Alabama on the charge of rape in the first degree. Rondan, who is already a registered sex offender, will be held without bail following an Aniah's law hearing held on January 3rd 2025.
