The Chilton County Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of Tyler Anthony Lovelady. Lovelady has been charged with two counts of sodomy, enticing a child for an immoral purpose, and resisting arrest.

Chilton County investigators are actively working on the ongoing investigation.

"This type of criminal behavior will not be tolerated in our community," said Sheriff John Shearon.
