On 3-02-2024, the Chilton County Sheriff's Office received a call regarding a subject who had possibly been hit by a vehicle. Upon arriving at the scene, Chilton County deputies learned that the victim was in the process of buying a gun from one of the individuals. When the victim gave the subject the money, another passenger took the money. The victim reached into the vehicle to retrieve the money, and the driver attempted to drive away. As a result, the victim was struck by the vehicle and received treatment for his injury.

The subjects have been arrested and booked into the Chilton County Jail. The names of the individuals are being withheld due to their status as juveniles.
